































While Copper + Cloves’ Indiranagar had already built a strong community presence - often with waiting lines and high repeat footfall - the newly launched Domlur space was not seeing the same traction despite being located just minutes away. The challenge was to build awareness and demand for the second outlet, strategically leverage the existing café audience to introduce them to the studio offerings, and gradually grow an independent community around the new space and its experiences.
To drive awareness for the second outlive, multiple strategic partnerships were built with wellness-led brands and communities already established in Bangalore. One of the key collaborations included Physique 57 hosting classes at the studio, helping increase relevant footfall, community engagement, and overall café sales through consistent audience movement into the space.
Following the growth and traction of its existing spaces, Copper + Cloves is now expanding to its third location. The project continues across strategic positioning, go-to-market planning, menu strategy, events, partnerships, and community-led activations designed to build the new space as a cultural and wellness destination from launch.
