The challenge


The challenge with MedMitra was making AI-driven healthcare feel human and trustworthy while launching in a tier-2 Indian city where technology-led healthcare was still unfamiliar to many people.

To solve this, we built the launch campaign around real people and real stories - featuring individuals across age groups and backgrounds sharing their experiences with the Indian healthcare system. These narratives were rooted in research conducted with over 250 families whose insights helped shape the clinic and its patient experience.

Creative Direction

The campaign was designed to feel documentary-like, intimate, and emotionally honest. We moved away from polished healthcare advertising and instead focused on capturing quiet, everyday moments through natural conversations, real people, and unscripted storytelling.

The visual language was warm and human-led - allowing people, their emotions, and their lived experiences with healthcare to become the core of the narrative, while subtly introducing MedMitra as a more thoughtful and connected alternative.

The Impact

The campaign helped position MedMitra as a human-first healthcare brand powered by intelligent systems, anchored around its 10-10-10 Promise - under 10 seconds to book, under 10 minutes wait time, and reports within 10 hours. The launch successfully introduced a more connected, efficient, and patient-centric healthcare experience to the market.
