About TLR Group
TLR Group, derived from "The Lawn Ranger," has evolved into a multifaceted entity dedicated to redefining the standards of excellence in the landscaping industry. Established in 2011, the brand has stood the test of time, earning a reputation as a trusted partner in enhancing outdoor spaces. The group caters to both residential homeowners and commercial property owners who seek to elevate and maintain their curb appeal.
Project
TLR Group is a multifaceted entity, consisting of 3 distinct brands—Armours Edge, TLR, and Bullzeye. The challenge was that each of these brands requires a visual identity that was unique but also cohesively came together under the TLR umbrella. Armours Edge aims to provide a luxury design and build experience for landscape construction, TLR focuses on high-quality and consistent landscape maintenance services, and Bullzeye specialises in effective and economical turf maintenance, particularly in hydro-seeding and lawn weed/pest spraying services.
Stamp & Seal Company had to develop distinct, subsidiary brands that maintained a consistent visual language, ensuring each sub-brand retained key visual elements such as color schemes, typography, and logo elements to establish a cohesive connection with the parent brand. This strategy would allow for targeted marketing and tailored communication while promoting clarity and coherence across the entire brand portfolio.
Branding
We decided to take inspiration from natural elements to build the brand. Integrating elements such as water, light, land, plants, and stones into the logo to create an authentic brand identity reinforcing TLR Group's commitment to quality, innovation, and the harmonious integration of nature into its services. These elements symbolize the diverse range of landscaping features and services, reflecting the comprehensive and holistic approach of TLR Group in transforming outdoor spaces. The use of these elements not only communicates the essence of the business but also establishes a visual language that resonates with the beauty, sustainability, and natural balance associated with landscaping.
To bring TLR Group’s rebranding to life, we developed comprehensive mockups for key touch-points including office space, email sign-offs, business cards, transportation, t-shirts and more. Each mockup was meticulously crafted to reflect the new cohesive visual identity, ensuring a unified brand image. This integrated approach ensured that every interaction with TLR Group, whether through official communications, online interactions or on-site presence, consistently conveyed their commitment to quality, innovation, and professionalism.
Looking ahead, TLR Group envisions rapid expansion and increased market share in southern Ontario, Canada. By establishing a cohesive and recognisable brand identity, TLR Group is well-positioned to attract new clients, enhance customer loyalty, and reinforce its reputation as a leader in the landscaping industry. Our work not only supports their current operations but also lays the groundwork for expansion and innovation in the future.
